Listed below are the steps to create a sheet of 10 team labels with Microsoft Word. Alternatively you can download this sample label sheet and modify it for your team.

• Open new word document
• Select - "Tools/Envelopes and Labels", "Labels"
• Select - "Options", Avery 5163 label, "OK"
• Paste team info into label box, right click and modify font and paragraph settings (Arial 9px)
• Select - "New Document"
• Highlight all of the text and select - "Format/Text Direction" and rotate text 90 degrees
• Save and print document on an Avery 5163 sheet
