The SMHA is now offering online registration for returning players only. A returning player is someone who lives in Stittsville and who played in Sittsville at some point. New players or those who transferred in for a single season last year should follow instructions for new players.
Registration fees have changed from last year.
All registration in the SMHA is on a first come, first served basis – at some point we may be required to stop accepting applications. Registration closes on September 1st, 2011. After September 1st, 2011 a best effort will be made to place you on a team but this is not guaranteed.
With the on-line system you can choose to pay by credit card or by cheque. If you pay by credit card, the credit card payment is put through at the moment you enter your credit card, and at that moment your registration is complete. If you choose to pay by cheque, you'll be asked to mail in your payment at the end of the registration process. If you are paying by cheque you can date your cheque as you wish but: 1) you are not registered until we cash your cheque, and 2) if you register to get the early bird rate, your cheque must be dated and received before the deadline.

If you prefer to register in person, there will be a registration night on August 8 from 6:30-8:30 pm, Stittsville Legion 1481 Main Street.
Lastly, don't forget to register yourself - as a volunteer. We need many hands to make our hockey association work as well as your child deserves. No experience is necessary for most of these positions, why not check them out?
Note: New this year, to be considered as a head coach, all head coach applicants must apply using the volunteer form before August 1, 2011.
