SMHA Registration Fees for 2009/2010:
For returning players:
Novice to Midget: $575 per player before Sept 1 2010, $625 after Sept 1, 2010
Initiation & Juvenile: $495 per player
For players new to SMHA:
Novice to Midget: $625 per player
Initiation & Juvenile: $495 per player
Notes:
Only one payment is required for families with more than one player
There is a maximum per family of $1725 regardless of number of players in a family
SMHA Policy on Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) Cheques:
All NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 NSF fee in addition to the full Regular fee.
A second NSF cheque will result in the player's immediate suspension from all SMHA activities until payment of the Regular fee plus a $50 NSF fee is received by Certified Cheque or Money Order.
