SMHA Registration Fees for 2011/2012:
Returning Players:
Before June 30, 2011:
Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget: $585 per player
Initiation & Juvenile: $505 per player
From July 1, 2011 to August 31, 2011:
Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget: $600 per player
Initiation & Juvenile: $505 per player
From September 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011:
Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget: $635 per player
Initiation & Juvenile: $505 per player
New Players - Registration up to December 31, 2011:
Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget: $635 per player
Initiation & Juvenile: $505 per player
Notes:
- Only one payment is required for families with more than one player.
- There is a maximum per family of $1,755.00 regardless of the number of players in a family.
- Cheques made payable to the "Stittsville Minor Hockey Association" must be received by the stated deadline to qualify for the early registration prices.
Policy on Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) Cheques:
All NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 NSF fee in addition to the full Regular fee.
A second NSF cheque will result in the player's immediate suspension from all SMHA activities until payment of the Regular fee plus a $50 NSF fee is received by Certified Cheque or Money Order.
