Registration for the RAMS Competitive Club Conditioning sessions is 6-8 pm on August 10, 2009 at the Stittsville Legion on Main Street. Dates and times of conditioning camps will be posted in the coming weeks. 

A reminder that all players wishing to play at the Competitive level must first register with the SMHA. If you have not already done so, you can register on August 10th between 7 and 9 pm at the Stittsville Legion on Main Street in Stittsville.
