Refund Policy

Registration Fees

• Before September 1st: Full refund less $35
• September 1st – September 30th: Refund of 80% of the registration fee
• October 1st – November 30th: Refund of 50% of the registration fee
• After November 30th: No refunds for any reason.

There will be a $50 charge for any refund due to an error of any kind when registering — this includes multiple tryouts or duplicate registrations.

All refunds will be processed according to the above procedures, using the date the request was received in writing or by email to the SMHA Registrar as the effective date.

RAMS Competitive Conditioning and/or Tryout Fees

All payments for pre‑season on‑ice conditioning and tryout fees are non‑refundable.

Players Transferring to Another Association (Rep B / Competitive)

For players transferring to another association to play at the competitive level, a full refund of their Association Fees will be provided, less the mandatory $25 registration fee.

Season‑Ending Injury

A player who sustains a season‑ending injury, certified by a physician, will receive a pro‑rated refund based on the weeks remaining in the season, if requested by the parent.
